Enjoy lunch with BBB and learn the best ways to combat workplace fatigue. Entry is FREE to the first 15 BBB Accredited Businesses and only $10 after that. Limited number of $25 guest tickets available upon request. Non-Accredited Business entry is $30. 

Our presenter is Justin Wagner with Safeguard. Attendees will learn:
-How to design a customer experience journeymap
-How to decipher customer "perception" and translate it to dollars
-How to enhance your new member onboarding process
-Offer additional solutions to expand your clientele

Doors open at 11:30a.m. for networking. Presentation starts at 12:00pm. This is a 1 hour, interactive workshop.
