Enjoy lunch with BBB and learn the best steps to maximize your customer's experience. Entry is $10 for the first 15 qualifying BBB Accredited Businesses. Limited number of $25 guest tickets available upon request. Non-Accredited Business entry is $30. 

This workshop is designed for businesses of all sizes who want to improve their customer's likelihood of repeat purchase, referral and overall satisfaction! We want to see managers, directors, entrepreneurs and operators from all industries for this MUST-HAVE knowledge from the BBB! 

Doors open at 11:30a.m. for networking. Presentation starts at 12:00pm. This is a 1 hour, interactive workshop. 

LUNCH: House salad, drink served with your choice of:

  • Chicken w/Lemon Butter and capers
