Bailando Ottawa’s Back this July 13 - July 14 with a special Summer Weekender! Fiesta del Verano, just in time for the heat.
We have two days of workshops and parties, including a live Cuban for a special price of $50!!! (limited quantities available at this special price!).
FRIDAY, July 13th at ONE-UP COCKTAIL LOUNGE @1 Beechwood Ave, Ottawa
We kick off the evening with two workshops featuring Jorge C, from Havana, Cuba offering a course in Cuban Salsa (and a great transition for those already dancing LA/NY style). Next, we have one of Ottawa’s favourites, Prince Sharqiru, who will be teaching bachata sensual.
The night will continue in hot Bailando style with a pot-pourri of salsa, timba, kizomba and bachata and other surprises. DJ Aquarius Jones and DJ La China will take you on a musical journey and I promise we will have you dancing all night long. Bring extra shirts and shoes folks =)

Saturday - July 14th - PETRIE ISLAND AND MERCURY LOUNGE
The party continues with the Sensual on the Beach party in the sun from 5-9 at Petrie Island hosted by Sharqiru and Hala.
In the evening, the party continues with a a live Cuban band, Fiesta Cubana, one of the best latin bands in town!
Cuban Salsa workshop by Jorge C. 7:30 - 8:30 PM
Bachata workshop by Prince Shakiru - 8:30 - 9:30 PM
Social with DJ Aquarius Jones and DJ La China - from 9:30PM - 2:00 AM - (Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, and many other surprises).
Sensual on the Beach Party at Petrie Island - from 5-9 PM.
Fiesta Cubana - Live Band at Mercury Lounge from 9- 2 AM
