SMart Center

International expert Dr. Elisa Shipon-Blum and her dedicated team provide a supportive, comprehensive center that addresses the needs of the child, teen, and young adult with Selective Mutism and related challenges. Dr. Shipon-Blum developed Social Communication Anxiety Treatment® or S-CAT®, the evidenced-based treatment program exclusively used at the SMart Center, has been used to successfully treat over 6,000 individuals worldwide.
