Level 1 - ATS® Basics - Getting back to basics!
Whether you are New to ATS or a Pro, this class is the perfect opportunity to Review and Refine! Technique, formation, and control. This class is designed using the FCBD® format. Level 1 helps reinforce ATS® posture, angle, technique, and control of the basic fast moves as well as basic slow. We will drill these moves A LOT throughout the class to help get them in to our muscle memories!
Basic knowledge of ATS Level 1 is encouraged but not mandatory!

Level 2 - ATS® and Beyond
Level 2 will catch us reaching deep into our ATS Vocabulary! Along with learning some dynamic steps, we will work on Formations and have some fun putting our movements together to create a fluid conversation! Be prepared for A LOT of drilling and Fun!
Whether you are a seasoned dance or a newbie, these classes will be beneficial to help refine, and reinforce the ATS basic vocabulary and beyond! Variations and combinations using the classic ATS moves is a great way to leave your audience wanting more! Refine individual technique by drilling basic steps and their variations in creative combinations. If there are steps you specifically want to go over, now is the time to ask! Be ready to drill and zil! and have a GREAT time!
Quick and Dirty Hair and Makeup for Studio to Stage!
Have you ever wondered how professional dancers blend their makeup to look just right for performance? Are you stuck somewhere between raccoon eyes and the perfect smoky stage look? Cyndi will have you ready for the stage, photoshoot, or a night out dancing in just one hour using the makeup and hair accessories you already own! Come learn tips and tricks from a hair and makeup genius, and walk out ready for our evening show!

Performance spots are available, so bring yourself, your troupe, and your besties for an incredible evening!
