 Adapt2 is hosting a Back Office User Training Workshop in Houston, Texas on November 17th-18th, 2022

In this training users will have the ability to get hands on experience in the Adapt2 B2B Back Office Application. 

This training is split into three levels.

  • Energy Markets
  • What is an ISO
  • Intro to ISO Portals
  • Adapt2 Useability
  • How to create a support ticket
  • What is a sandbox
  • Environments – Dev, UAT, Prod – build version
  • Understanding the complete Back Office process 
  • Overview of Market Link and publishing concepts 
  • Utilizing data adapters
  • Raw data workflows
  • Recognizing available Settlement Analytics in Adapt2 
  • Judging the mechanics of data adapters and their role in arranging raw data to display in the Settlements screens 
  • Understanding Invoices, statements
  • Configuring and Managing Meters

1pm – 2:30p Offsite- Lunch

2:30pm – 5:00 Adapt2 201

  • Understanding of settlement charge types and how to reconcile invoices in Accounting Month 
  • Creation calculations and pivot grids for P&L reporting 
  • Invoice creation using Adapt2 Invoice Compass 
  • Shadow Settlements

  • Track, submit, integrate, allocate, settle and invoice based on multiple meter sources in Adapt2
  • Onboard new meters and sub-meters from different data sources
