The Advanced White Water Safety and Rescue Training course is specifically designed around the needs of white water paddlers.
Coaches wishing to become an AWWSR Provider are required to complete a provider logbook. This is open to updated coaches with one of the following qualifications:
The logbook process requires the aspirant provider to attend a two day orientation event. You will be required to provide evidence of current skills in applications of rope work in steep and difficult ground. An individual action plan will be agreed at the end of the orientation (This training may be via a specific provider orientation, or alternatively by shadowing an AWWSR Trainer running a course).
On completion of the above tasks, the logbook should be returned to the Home Nation for verification and registration as an AWWSR Provider.

Please bring with you all personal equipment, Kayak, Canoe and your AWWSR course delivery resources.
Also bring a printed copy your course risk assessment and learning programme for review during the event.
