Reflexology points on the outer ear (the auricle) correspond to all body parts. As with all reflexology, an imbalance of the physiological or energetic equilibrium of the macrocosm (the body) shows itself as tenderness or pain in its microcosm (the reflex system of the ear). Stimulation of these reflex points encourages proper energy flow, increases circulation and immunity, and releases tension from the body.
