No Name Track, Hunt Rd., Sierra Vista, AZ, 85613, United States.

SCHEDULE CHANGE!

Tues 3:30pm, Thurs 12:30pm, Sun 2pm

Our fall training is all about plyometric strength and body mechanics. The focus is to prepare the body for the desired sport season; in turn, decreasing the possibilities of injury and increasing efficiency. No skills are required but we do ask our athletes to show up ready to work hard; focusing all their energy on the task at hand.

*May include supplemental classes for a small fee; pool workouts, flexibility classes, etc.

Sessions will be held at a local park and on post between the track and the hill... location will change depending on the previous sessions.

Please contact us with any questions!

GRIT Athletics/Joseph Swift

Teaching the Fundamentals Needed for Improvement in All Sports; Speed, Agility, Endurance, Flexibility, Coordination, Mental and Physical Strength. Since his time as a Div. 1 football player (Univ. of Colo. - Boulder) and as an important member of the Nassau Community College track and football teams; Joe Swift has been sharing his knowledge and experience with high school and collegiate athletes. His journey has brought him to AZ, giving him the opportunity to pass along his skills and knowledge to the next generation. What separates me from other coaches, is my attention to detail. In a session with me, I will have you run through a number of drills that will help me assess your body type, your running form, your strengths and your weaknesses. From there I customize the workouts to create a solid foundation. Then we shift focus to increase your speed, acceleration and reaction time.
