RISE has 20 candidates participating in our pilot Teacher Certification Cohort. The cohort includes a full year of certification support (includes INTENSIVE preparation during the summer) with a goal of full licensure by June 2019. We will provide a customized tutorial schedule to meet your academic needs. If you are interested in auditing or sitting in on any of our classes, please register here.  

Candidate Requirements

  •  Professional, Personable & Passionate about Children
  • Bachelor’s degree completed by December 2018
  • 17 or above on ACT OR Within 10pts of passing Praxis Core in ALL areas OR Passed 1 of the 3 areas of Praxis Core OR Passed Praxis 2- Subject Area exam OR an undergraduate Education major OR a previous iRISE participant
  • Dedicated to getting certified!
