The ASIST workshop is for caregivers who want to feel more comfortable, confident and competent in helping to prevent the immediate risk of suicide.


This two-day, highly interactive, practical, practice-oriented workshop is an international certificated programme. Based upon adult learning principles, you will experience small group discussions and skills practice. Feel challenged and safe. Learn suicide first aid.

This is a community course and may not be suitable for those with specific mental health training.

 

Day 1 - 27th Feruary 2020 - 9:00 am to 4:30 pm

Day 2 - 28th Feruary 2020 - 9:00 am to 4:30 pm



Participants must attend all sessions on both days to receive the course certificate. The course will begin at 9:00 am.

 

Please note that lunch is not provided however there are cafeteria facilities at the venue.
