Erin Cayce is the Assistant Records Program Manager at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. Prior to this position, Erin was a Senior Appraisal Archivist with the National Archives and Records Administration, and an Outreach and Appraisal Archivist with the Maryland State Archives. Erin has a Masters in Welsh History from the University of Wales, Bangor, and tries to return to Wales as often as possible to stock up on tea.

Beth Cron is a member of the Records Management Policy and Outreach Section within the Office of the Chief Records Officer at the National Archives and Records Administration. She is currently working on the Federal Electronic Records Modernization Initiative (FERMI) to help agencies acquire services and solutions to meet their RM requirements. She is the current Treasurer of the National Association of Government Archives and Records Administrators (NAGARA). She is a graduate of the School of Information at the University of Michigan (MSI, Archives and Records Management) and DePaul University (BA, History).

Patrice (Patty) Davis is the Assistant Director for the Senior Leadership Offices Records Program and Justice Management Division Records Manager at the US Department of Justice. Prior to her current position, Ms. Davis has worked in archives and records management at the Defense Logistics Agency, the State Archives of Ohio, and Russell Investments. Ms. Davis is a Certified Archivist, former President of the National Association of Government Archives and Records Administrators (NAGARA), current president of the Fredericksburg PC Users Group, and is on the board of the Central Rappahannock Heritage Center.

Jennifer Green is a department analyst at the State of Michigan Records Management Services where she specializes in professional consulting, designing organized filing systems, records reproduction and business process analysis. She has been employed in the field of Records Management since 2017. During her time at Records Management Services she has led the security research for Records Management Services’ including federal and state security requirements for information systems and electronic signatures. Jennifer designed and implemented standard operating procedures for applying retention in the State of Michigan electronic document management system Content Manager. She is a member of ARMA Mid-Michigan chapter and has participated in workshops and educational training sessions for records management. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a bachelors in pre-law from Michigan State University.

Lori Ashley

Preservica

Lori Ashley is Preservica’s Industry Market Development Manager where she analyzes cross-industry and sector-specific requirements for long-term and permanent records retention and use. Research into archives and records management needs in corporate, government, and voluntary sector organizations are used to develop digital preservation use cases, support marketing initiatives, as well as inform Preservica’s product roadmap. Lori is Preservica’s liaison to the Council of State Archivists (CoSA) and the National Association of Government Archivists and Records Administrators (NAGARA). She is a long-time member of AIIM, SAA, and ARMA, and has served in numerous board positions for the ARMA Madison (WI) chapter. Lori joined Preservica in 2017 after 14 years as an independent management consultant and educator who advised government and commercial organizations on information governance and records management. She is co-developer with Dr. Charles Dollar of the Digital Preservation Capability Maturity Model (DPCMM) and self-assessment tool (www.DigitalOK.org) which has been used by CoSA’s membership and more than 120 organizations worldwide. Lori served as Records Coordinator for the Wisconsin Department of Electronic Government. Before her public sector service, she was a business and regulatory strategist for an energy company.

Jennifer Silveus

Jennifer Silveus has more than a decade of experience in the records management profession. A graduate of Michigan State University, she began her career in the records management field while attending college as a student assistant in the records division of the Michigan Gaming Control Board. After graduation, she began working with the Records Management Services Division of the State of Michigan, first as a Departmental Technician, and then as an Analyst. In these roles, she worked with state and local government agencies to design and implement both electronic and physical recordkeeping systems. Jennifer is currently the Records Center Operations Manager within the same division, overseeing the daily activities of the State Records Center and developing new improvements and service offerings for State of Michigan customer agencies. She is also currently serving on the board of the Mid-Michigan chapter of ARMA International, a professional organization for records managers and information professionals.

Carolyn Parkinson has been with the State of Michigan for 14 years, with DTMB Office of Retirement Services for 10 years, and a Data Steward for four years. Carolyn has always been passionate about asking the right questions to get the right answers, and has plenty of opportunity to do that in her current role. On any given day, Carolyn could be answering questions about data classification, facilitating information security communications, coordinating testing efforts, and innovating process improvements. Carolyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Education from the University of Michigan and supports both Wolverines and Spartans in academic and sporting endeavors.

Marla Milton currently works for the Office of Retirement Services (ORS) as the Records Management Coordinator. Marla is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the records management program, training, quality assurance monitoring of the records and imaging process, and the development and monitoring of the legal hold process. Marla has over 15 years of state service and she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Northwood University and her MBA from Strayer University.
