With twelve plus years of experience in corporate legal departments for multinational companies, including Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and The Wendy’s Company, Ben has been exposed to all facets of legal operations. In his current role as the global records manager, Ben works primarily on the left side of the EDRM diagram to prevent risk and liability via the use of information governance policies and legal technology.

Jennifer Green is a departmental analyst at the State of Michigan Records Management Services where she specializes in professional consulting, designing organized filing systems, records reproduction and business process analysis. During her time at Records Management Services she has led the security research for Records Management Services. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a bachelors in pre-law from Michigan State University.

Ms. Mitzi Goldstein began her career with the Michigan State Police in 2003. In April 2013, she was named as the Information Security Officer for the MSP and also manages the Security and Access section which includes the Audit Unit comprising criminal justice and noncriminal justice auditors, the MiCJIN Service Center as well as responsibilities for ensuring statewide compliance with the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services Security Policy.

Traci Gulick is one of two Associate Registrar’s at Michigan State University (“MSU”), where she assists the University Registrar in the oversight and maintenance of operational needs within the Office of the Registrar. Traci has been with Michigan State University since June 2008. Traci received her B.A. from MSU and her M.B.A. from Baker College Graduate Studies.

Smruti Shah is the Director of Risk, Compliance and Delivery Division, for the State of Michigan's Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB). Shah implemented the Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) platform for the state of Michigan and manages risk and compliance, through the GRC tool. Shah holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and has certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
