11:05 – 12:35PM Fostering financial and digital inclusion: bundling new and refurbished computers
with Bank On accounts and financial literacy for NH’s low-income learners of all ages. Facilitated by Carol Miller and Bob McLaughlin, NCDE.
1:30 – 3:00 PM Education-Driven Economic Development (ED2): Building ED2 -- an Education-Driven Economic Development System.
