Looking to put new life into a tired old annual giving program? Put some ummphf into this key component of your organization's dynamic giving pipeline. Learn how the Roper Xavier Society and other programs have helped the Roper St. Francis Foundation grow annual giving by more than 40% in just over a decade. Join your colleagues for this timely session featuring Halley Cella, Director of Annual Giving at Roper St. Francis Foundation.

This program has been approved for 1 pt. toward CRFE Continuing Education credit.

As Director of Annual Giving, Halley is responsible for the solicitation and stewardship of donors who contribute between $1 and $9,999. In addition, she serves as the staff lead on the annual Roper Xavier Society Donor Appreciation Gala and the Gala Committee and is staff liaison for the Roper St. Francis Foundation Fellows Program. Named for the founders of Roper Hospital, Col. Thomas Roper, and Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital, Sister Xavier Dunn, the Roper Xavier Society recognizes the Foundation’s leadership donors who contribute a minimum of $1,000 each year.
