Anna Runs America NYC Reception

ANNA JUDD’S BIG NYC ARRIVAL!!

Anna will be finishing her “Anna Runs America” journey in NYC on August 22^nd.

She will be meeting up with Team RWB NJ members on the Jersey side of the GWB that morning (time tbd) and then crossing over on the final leg of her trip.

We will be meeting up with her at 1pm at the statue on the edge of Central Park on the southwest corner (in Columbus Circle – corner of 59^th & Central Park West). Anna will be running down the West side of Central Park and exiting on the footpath that lets out right there.

Starting at 1:30pm we will join Anna and the 20^th Precinct on a Ruck March around the Upper West Side. Bring a backpack (any kind) and fill it with 22 stones/rocks to symbolize the 22 veterans who take their own lives each day.  Anna’s journey has been about bringing awareness to this issue and this is where it will all come together.

After the march, Anna will take off down Hudson River Park and complete her run at the 9/11 Memorial. Feel free to fall in line behind her and join her as she finishes what has been one of the most inspiring missions.
