About the Organizer

Tahiti Dance Fitness (TDF) was founded in Singapore in 2009 by Lila and Beatrice, two sisters originally from Tahiti, French Polynesia, passionate about sharing their knowledge in dance, fitness and health. Tahitian Dance was then pioneered in the Merlion city until now. TDF is a complete physical training program based on beautiful Tahitian dance moves combining all the fitness components of cardio workout for an absolute wellbeing after each session. TDF is for women of all ages and backgrounds, excited to look, feel, and live better.
