AMA women fitness Fall 1 2016 Evening

Here are the details for the evening sessions:
 
Date: Mondays and Thursdays from (Monday Sept 12, 2016 – Monday Oct. 31, 2016) excluding Oct. 10, 2016 (holiday)
 
Time: 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm on both days

Location for both morning and evening: Albion-Heatherington Centre (1560 Heatherington Rd, Ottawa, K1V 9P5)

There is a $30 registration fee.
