All the Latest: New Best Practices at GFOA (Group Webinar Viewing)

Why watch a webinar by yourself when you can watch it with friends? Join the GFOA-PA West Region as we gather at the Mt. Lebanon Municipal Building to watch the 2-hour webinar being offered by the GFOA on the latest Best Practices. Then join your colleagues for refreshments at a local eatery after the presentation.

The webinar will focus on the GFOA Executive Board's recently approved 10 best practices. GFOA best practices identify specific policies and procedures that contribute to improved government management. They aim to promote and facilitate positive change rather than merely to codify current accepted practice. GFOA has emphasized that these practices be proactive steps that a government should be taking. Best practices are applicable to all governments (both large and small) and are approved by GFOA’s Executive Board.
