Registration - PART 1 of 2
Join us in-person for the Q2 All Staff Meeting – June 17 - 18, 2024. Please read complete details below let me know if you should have any questions. This invitation is for All ALHI Staff.
Potential site visits, day of meeting & post will be scheduled - more details to come. Please note, we ask you join in on the scheduled visits & not contact the hotels individually to book separate sites. Staff levels are low and we do not want to inconvenience our hotel members, thank you for your understanding.

· RSW (South Florida International Airport) - 42 miles, 35-40 minute drive
· PGA (Punta Gorda Airport) - 5.6 miles, 15-minue drive (shuttle provided w/ small fee)
***PGA will have limited flights, small airport. We prefer you select the most cost efficient flight(s).***

Notes:
· PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AIR TRAVEL AT THIS TIME, more direction will be provided during PART II of registration
· Meeting is not mandatory, a virtual component will not be offered
· Once you register via the link provided, please note the registration in your Outlook calendar with your email confirmation. You MUST register for the event if you plan to attend or not. Failure to register to attend the event on-time will result in no hotel accommodations
· If you register NOT attending, you will not receive any additional information about the meeting
· Company will cover 1-night stay (06.17), airfare & rideshare to/from hotel
· Sunseeker pre/post rates –
- $209/night is the rate being offered up to three nights prior & three nights post
- Please make note during registration PART I if you are interested in adding pre/post in order for hotel to understand the demand
· Meeting agenda will be provided prior to meeting
· Room upgrades are on own
· Important to note, similar with previous staff meetings, we continue to be cautious with spend, please keep that in mind
· Dress code:
· Monday – professional business casual (jeans okay)
· Tuesday morning – business casual for meeting
· Due to the distance from the airport to hotel, we will group as many people as possible once flight information is obtained to limit spend
· We ask you share the transfer with those arriving/departing close to your flights, more to come here
· Local residents who plan to drive, please ensure the cost of air travel is more than the milage/tolls/parking/etc.
· You may be asked to rent a car based on your arrival/departure time, more to come here
