Join us in-person for the Q1 All Staff Meeting – February 20 - 21, 2024. Please read complete details below let me know if you should have any questions. This invitation is for All ALHI Staff.
Site visits, day of meeting & post will be scheduled. Please note, we ask you join in on the scheduled visits & not contact the hotels individually to book separate sites. Staff levels are low and we do not want to inconvenience our hotel members, thank you for your understanding. More information to come.

SFO (San Francisco International Airport) – 61 miles, 1.25 - 2 hour drive (depending on time of day/traffic)
OAK (Oakland International Airport) - 55 miles, 1.25 - 2 hour drive (depending on time of day/traffic)
SMF (Sacramento International Airport) - 63 miles, 1.25 - 1.45 hour drive (depending on time of day/traffic)
***Sacramento is the furthest but sometimes the easiest since you do not have to drive through San Francisco***

8:30A – 12:30P All Staff Meeting, general session

Notes:
· Please wait until you have all information about the event & ensure you will not need flight changes. We do not have the budget to incur flight change costs.
· Meeting is not mandatory, a virtual component will not be offered
· Company will cover 1-night stay (02.20), airfare & rideshare to/from hotel
· Silverado pre/post rates –
- $249/night is the rate being offered up to three nights prior & three nights post
- You will be asked to commit to the pre/post nights during PART II as your reservations will be booked with the hotel
· Meeting agenda will be provided prior to meeting
· Room upgrades are on own
· Important to note, similar with previous staff meetings, we continue to be cautious with spend, please keep that in mind
· Dress code:
· Tuesday – professional business casual (jeans okay)
· Wednesday morning – business casual for meeting
· Due to the distance from the airport to hotel, we will group as many people as possible once flight information is obtained to limit spend
· We ask you share the transfer with those arriving/departing close to your flights, more to come here
· Local residents who plan to drive, please ensure the cost of air travel is more than the milage/tolls/parking/etc.
· You may be asked to rent a car based on your arrival/departure time, more to come here
· POST MEETING & LOCAL SITES
· Leadership Cohort, presentation will take place on Tuesday, February 20th at 1P PT. Please make sure your arrangements are scheduled to be available and present. This includes not double-booking yourself with pre-sites.
Local Sites, please review the spreadsheet regarding pre/post sites within the Napa/Sonoma area, link included in email body. All details will be noted on this document.
· Midwest MAP Meeitng, meetings will take place post All Staff Meeting at Meritage - more details to be provided to the Midwest Team. Please ensure you have all the details/schedule before you book air travel.
