FAQs

What if I am out of shape?

No problem. There will be folks of all skill sets and abilities joining us. There is a ride for everyone and nobody gets left behind.

What if I am not very good at riding?

No problem. Group rides are broken up into ability levels. We will never force you to ride something you are uncomfortable with and nobody gets left behind. You might even be surprised at what you can ride! Just by riding with us, you will gain skills and confidence.

Is this just for beginners?

Absolutely not. We have advanced ride levels as well as beginner rides. This is about building community.

What should I bring?

Please bring water and clothing to meet the weather requirements. It is recommended you bring a spare tube in case you get a flat. Helmets are required to ride.

What kind of bike do I need?

You will need a bike (in good working order) that can go on our river trails.
