Important Trip Details
- In order to confirm your seat on the charter aircraft, you will need to complete the Aurora Charter Information Form, this information is required for us to submit to FAA & TSA and it includes requirement to upload a pdf or jpg of your travel documents. Note that you will also need to include your hotel confirmation number which will be provided to you shortly.

- Appx. 48 hours prior to departure, you will recieve an email confirmation to each passenger reconfirming all flight details, departure location, etc.

Guest should enter the FBO at the main entrance where they will see the Aurora Anguilla podium, they will be issued a Boarding Pass and all checked baggage will be tagged and checked. We suggest arrival appx. an hour prior to departure, and anticipate boarding instructions at approx. 10:00 a.m.
- All guests should travel with their passport, there may be a secondary check prior to boarding the flight and it will definitely be required by Anguillian Immigration for arrival/departure from the island
- Additional notes for the flights;
- They will be providing hot meal service on each flight
- Similar to some other over-water flights, at this time there is not wifi service on the plane. We recommend downloading some content ahead of time if anyone wants to have music, movies, etc, or to work while on the flight
