ALHI Q3 All Staff Meeting, 2022 

 

Join us in-person for the Q3 All Staff Meeting - August 30-31, 2022.  Please read complete detail below & print/save a copy for you to source later.  Please note, this is for all ALHI Staff.

Site visits, day of meeting & post will be scheduled.  Please note, we ask you join in on the scheduled visits & not contact the hotels individually to book separate sites.  Staff levels are low and we do not want to inconvenience our hotel members, thank you for your understanding.  More information to come.

***Eau Palm Beach & Breakers are near the airport.  Sites for both will be set-up prior to arrival at PGA & post meeting.  Book your travel to accommodate ONE of these sites.  Times are listed below.***

Notes:

  •              Meeting is not mandatory, a virtual component will not be offered

  •              Once you register via the link provided, please note the registration in your Outlook calendar with your email confirmation.  You MUST register for the event if you plan to attend or not.  Failure to register to attend the event on-time will result in no hotel           accommodations.

  •              Please book your air travel by July 22

  •              Company will cover 1-night stay (08.30), airfare & rideshare to/from hotel

  •              PGA National has graciously a discounted rate of $199 for pre/postdates.

  •              Please book your air travel via Cadence website (GSA Team, please send Angelique your flight detail via email, we will attempt to book using AMEX points)

  •              Room upgrades are on own

  •              Important to note, similar with previous staff meetings, we continue to be cautious with our spending, please keep that in mind

  •              Dress code:       

                   o   Tuesday – professional business casual (jeans okay)                      

                   o   Wednesday morning – business casual for meeting

  •              Please arrive Palm Beach by 2:30P on Tuesday (hotel will accommodate early check-in based on availability) & book return flights any time after 1:30P on Wednesday

  •              Please use rideshare airport/hotel – 20-30 minutes’ drive

  •              We ask you share the transfer with those arriving/departing close to your flights

  •              Local residents who plan to drive, please ensure the cost of air travel is more than the milage/tolls/parking/etc.

  •              If you NEED to rent a car, please make note of it when you register.
