Join us in-person or virtually, based on your comfort level, for the Q1 All Staff Meeting on January 29, 2021.  Please read complete detail below & print/save a copy for you to source later.  Please note, this is for all ALHI Staff.

Preparation for meeting:

Everyone will need to purchase StrengthsFinder 2.0, read & take the assessment.  Here are two links to purchase a copy  AMAZON - order book, Walmart - order book.  If you have taken the assessment within the past 3 months, you do not need to retest, please send Angelique (aaubry@alhi.com) your results.  If you have the book but need to retest, please do so at this link:  Assessment ONLY.  Please note, you can expense these fees. 

Please send your results to Angelique (aaubry@alhi.com) no later than Wednesday, January 13.

Notes:

o   Meeting agenda (in-person & virtually) will be provided prior to meeting

·         In-person

o   As air travel is currently low, we ask you book your air travel by Tuesday, December 22

o   Company will cover 1-night stay (1.28) & airfare

§  Pre/Post is own on at $99/night + tax (17.7%)

§  F&B will be offered at 50%

§  Room upgrades are on own

o   Dress is business casual

o   Please arrive by 2:30P on Thursday (hotel will accommodate early check-in based on availability) & book return flights any time after 3:30P on Friday

o   Please use rideshare airport/hotel – 15-minute drive

o   Those driving (locals/Houston/Dallas) – please compare air travel cost vs. driving cost

o   Self-parking (those driving) cost will be covered by the company for meeting dates only
