Downtown Oshkosh is seeking artist applicants for: 8 exterior wall murals.
Applications are open to Wisconsin artists age 18+. This is an INCLUSIVE project and we welcome creatives from all backgrounds! Art wall size ranges from small to large, with opportunities for both experienced and minimally experienced mural artists.
