Please join the Allegheny Health Network Heart Transplant Support Team as we celebrate the holidays and share support with local heart recipients. The event will be from 4-7 p.m. and features a potluck style dinner. Entrees and refreshments will be provided, but please sign up to bring a side dish or dessert if you can!
