Guy Young is the General Manager of the Auto Haulers Association of America. He has more than 30 years of
experience in trade association and transportation management.
Young came to AHAA in May 2018 as AHAA's Founding GM, Bill Schroeder, was planning his retirement. Young had most recently served as the President & CEO of
the Kentucky Trucking Association and spent 22 years as Vice President & Chief Development Officer for the Georgia Motor Trucking Association. Before joining GMTA, Young was employed by Atlanta-based Transport South, Inc. He led the Quality Services division which
included safety & compliance, driver recruiting & training, company seminars, and the development
of quality improvement processes.
Young is a native of Gulf Shores, Alabama, attended
Auburn University and holds a B.S. degree in Transportation and Physical Distribution. He and his wife Tina live in Hartwell, Georgia and have two children. Son Patrick, is in orthodontics residency at the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta. Their daughter, Perry, resides in Knoxville, Tennessee and is the Assistant Site Director for Thrive Longsdale.

Dan Baker is a nationally known speaker, teacher and consultant to the trucking industry. He travels extensively throughout the US and Canada, working with numerous trucking companies of all sizes and types. He speaks at meetings and gatherings of all kinds, from driver safety meetings, to award dinners, state and national conventions, to in-company seminars and symposiums.
Essentially, his message is the people side of trucking. His presentations are always fun, funny, full of jokes, stories and one-liners. But he never departs far from his basic theme that if you’re in trucking today, first of all you’re in the people business and secondly, you’re in the trucking business. Regardless of the Trucking Industry’s business cycle.
Dan is in big demand throughout the country. He has dedicated the majority of his time, effort and interest toward helping the truckers make sense out of their very complicated, complex world.
After having lived in Bulverde, Texas for almost 40 years, he and his wife, Betty, have moved to Fort Worth, Texas. He will tell you that you can take the boy out of Bulverde, but you can’t take Bulverde out of the boy. So, he is still well-known for his famous “Bull Jokes”, and his unique array of down-home humor.

Dr. Neely has worked in the mental health field for over twenty years and is currently the chief executive officer of Neely Counseling Center, PLLC. The mission of NCC is to break the stigma associated with mental health by providing effective and affordable counseling services to companies, government agencies, and individuals. Dr. Neely also serves as an adjunct professor at St. Mary's University, where she educates graduate students in the counseling department. She has appeared on national radio and television shows as a guest expert and released her children’s book titled Straight Talk in 2014. This book is a culmination of Dr. Neely’s groundbreaking qualitative research in the area of self-esteem for girls of color. In 2017 she joined the University of Texas Health Science Center Medical School as a behavioral health consultant. In that role, she speared headed an effort to create the medical school's first physician counseling program. Dr. Neely is licensed by the Texas State Board of Professional Counselors and is an approved Counselor Supervisor. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sam Houston State University, a Master’s degree in Counseling from Prairie View A & M University, and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education from St. Mary’s University. She is supported by her husband and two beautiful daughters.
