This course has been designed for leaders who are responsible for people that are working or need to work in an agile way.
We provide an insight into how agile teams work and what support they need to deliver the right outcomes for your business. We'll give you the knowledge to be able to understand how a team is progressing or when they are facing challenges.
We also consider the bigger picture - looking at how agile scales and deliving into the factors that make a whole organisation agile. We look at how governance fits in and what you can do to empower your team to make governance easier.
The course also covers agile planning and forecasting, leading multiple teams and dealing with the transition to a new agile way of working.
As with all of our courses, don't expect it to be a desk-based theory course - we aim to get leaders thinking an behaving as agile leaders, so there'll be lots of discussion, activities and challenges.
Location: The event will be held for 3 days in Newcastle (venue to be confirmed)
Timings: 10am to 5pm each day

Cancellations made by you within 14 days of the event, will incur a £50 cancellation fee.
