Cancellation policy Cancellation of Meeting Registration, if made by May 10, 2016, will result in a partial refund of $45.00 of the original fee. Cancellation of Golf Registration (either day), if made by May 12, 2015, will result in partial refund of $40.00 of the original fee for each day. Cancellation of Spouse Registration, if made by May 6, 2015, will result in partial refund of $25.00 of the original fee.
