Once again the Asatru Folk Assembly the flagship of Asatru in America and across the globe os hosting another 3 day 2 night national level event in the Minnesota Northwoods. If you have never been to a AFA event then you don't know what you are missing, these are life changing. This event gets bigger in attendance, and quality each year and this year will be no exception!
There will be presentations by Lawspeaker, Gothi and Witan member Allen Turnage; As well as fellow Gothar, Witan member Thorgen Odden! Aswell as special guest speakers like the Gothi, renowned author, and philosopher Bryan Wilton and others! There will be numerous blotar throughout the weekend, a baby naming, a womb blessing, a rite of passage(womanhood), a fireside sumbel, and many more life changing ceremonies. Special guests include Steve McNallen, the founder of modern Asatru in America, and his wife, Sheila McNallen, Gythia in training, will be in attendance to greet the the Folk and honour our Gods.
Three days of camping, homemade food, discussions, and even a bagpiper for you enjoyment Saturday evening as we gather around and form bonds of frith with your fellow folk. It doesn't get any better than this! It's been said that Fallfest cant be as big as Midsummer or Winter Nights in the past. The challenge has been issued and we accepted, come be apart of not just one of the most spirtualy fulfilling events of the year, but come be a part of AFA history! We have 120 beds to fill, but that wont stop us, as tent space is also availble! We even have some members of leadership willing to camp out if you, the Folk come out in great enough numbers! Lets put them in the woods! No number to big for participants register, now if you want a bed or else be in the woods aswell! We're aiming to make Fallfest 2018 to be the biggest event of the year for the AFA, and leaving all the folk who attend talking about for months to come. So, get registered, come out and enjoy a weekend with your Folk, with your ancestors, and with your Gods!
