Functional Groups serve to elevate the standard of emergency medical service (EMS) for the central region of Arizona. They provide the opportunity for EMS professionals and interested others to work together to develop programs and/or resolve problems in the areas of Prevention, Planning, Patient Management, Trauma, and EMS Systems.
Functional Group meetings are open to interested EMS professionals as well as the general public. Meetings are held the third Wednesday of every odd month commencing at 10:00 am. Functional Group membership is voluntary and includes voting members and guests. The current Meeting Schedule is listed below.
