Explore the Trades

In this workshop, LakeTech highlights its programs and current and future salary expectations in the trades. The second part of the workshop offers small group discussions and Q&A with community members in the trades. Featured trades include Cosmetology, Automotive, Health Science, Culinary Arts, Pastry and Baking, etc.

The Adulting Series program consists of 4 separate workshops that cover a variety of topics and aims to de-mystify what can make "adulting" seem so scary, thereby preparing teens for the challenges that come with life beyond high school. Each workshop incorporates a unique theme that offers an in-depth look at potential careers while supplying teens with the essential guidance that will set their futures on the fast track for success.
