It's no longer a question of if, but when an active assailant incident will affect your ECC. This 2-day training course will help Emergency Communication Professionals (ECPs or TCs) be prepared for the inundation of phone calls and radio traffic and how to best keep callers, responders, and bystanders safe.

The course will be held October 18-19, 2022, or October 21-22, 2022.

Training 9-1-1 Heroes is not a TCOLE provider and cannot give TCOLE credit for this course. Agencies must submit their student's information to TCCLEDS for credit. All TCOLE required documentation is available for the training coordinator or agency administrator upon request.
