David Wolfe is a Manager, Investigations within the Office of the Inspector General of The Global Fund to Fight Against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, he is a seasoned financial investigator and forensic accountant with extensive international expertise in conducting and leading complex and high profile financial fraud, procurement and corruption investigations, forensic audits, and risk assessments. David also has advised organisations on anti-fraud programs and has contributed to the development and implementation of the Global Fund’s “I Speak Out Now” fraud awareness initiative. Over his career, he has led high-profile investigations in over 35 countries involving hundreds of millions of dollars of losses and severe programmatic impacts including the United Nation’s Iraq Oil for Food Program and WorldCom investigations. Co-creator of the Fraud Diamond theoretical framework, a Certified Public Accountant and Certified in Financial Forensics, David is an author and frequent speaker and instructor on topics of his expertise.

Robert Kinrade
Director, Expol

Rob Kinrade spent 23 years in the Isle of Man Constabulary and retired as a Detective Inspector. He is a former UK Home Office trained Senior Investigating Officer (uniquely in Covert Undercover and Overt operations) and Head of the Police Serious Crime Squad, Surveillance Unit and Drug Squad. Whilst in the police Rob introduced undercover covert policing to the Isle of Man and has continued with this aspect of work to this date. His policing experience also involved leading on security of Royal and VIP visits for many years. These skills moved naturally to the private sector and he has since been contracted to work on the close protection of VIPs and celebrities. Rob has been accepted in the Isle of Man Courts as an Expert Witness in drug misuse and policing matters. Within Expol he now leads on Enhanced Due Diligence investigations, Training courses, Conferences and Seminars, placing an emphasis on meeting with Clients, developing business and delivering a personalised service. He has contributed to LBC Radio London, local radio and newspapers.

Chris Marshall
Investigations Manager, The Global Fund

Chris is an Investigations Manager at the Global Fund in Geneva, Switzerland. He has over 20 years’ experience leading teams conducting criminal and administrative investigations with law enforcement and in the corporate and international spheres. He started his career in the National Investigation Service of UK Customs conducing criminal investigations of serious and organized crime. This culminated in a diplomatic posting to Colombia mentoring local investigation teams. He then made the leap to corporate sector, where he led fraud investigations and delivered training programs to clients in the UK and overseas for Deloitte’s London Forensic practice. While with Deloitte, Chris was also a lead facilitator for its in-house investigations training. Since joining the Global Fund, he has managed over 100 investigations into allegations of various types of wrongdoing. He has also continued to develop and deliver training internally and to peer agencies. Chris has a BSc in Counter Fraud Studies.

Basha Galvin
Head of Investigations, Tullow Oil & ACi Executive Committee Member

Basha started her career with the Metropolitan Police and moved to the City of London Police Fraud Unit, covering money laundering, trade finance fraud, bribery and corruption. Basha left the police and moved to Citigroup for four years and left in 2006 moving to Barclays plc as Head of Investigations & Whistleblowing for Wealth & Investment Bank. Basha is a seasoned financial crime investigator in the public and corporate sector. She has led and managed global investigations teams. During her career Basha has had the opportunity to work in a number of jurisdictions including the USA, APAC and Europe, developing investigation models and collating evidence for civil and criminal prosecutions. Basha was named as one of the “Top 40 in-house” investigation professionals by Global Investigations Review and is currently working at Tullow Oil Plc as Head of Investigations.

Ian Hughes
Director, Forensics, Deloitte

Ian is a Director in Deloitte’s Forensic practice in Manchester. He joined Deloitte in 2002 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005. For the last 14 years, Ian has specialised in forensic accounting, in particular investigation work. Ian has assisted global organisations with a number of investigation matters across several industry sectors. He has carried out fraud reviews, accounting investigations, regulatory market conduct investigations, and bribery and corruption investigations. His recent investigation projects have been within the finance industry. Ian had previously received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Manchester University and has an Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist (ACFS) qualification.

Adam Hafizuddin
Assistant Director, Forensic Technology, Deloitte

Adam Hafizuddin is an Assistant Director in the Forensic Technology team and has over 14 years’ experience in Forensic Technology and e-Discovery engagements. Adam has been responsible for the management and delivery of numerous investigations that have involved the capture, processing and analysis of electronically stored information (ESI), ranging from a few to hundreds of custodians both in the UK and around the globe. His recent investigation projects have been within the consumer business industry. Adam had previously received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Master of Science degree in Information Security and Computer Crime at the University of Glamorgan.
