Inés is a Senior Manager and former member of the Bar of Vizcaya (Spain). Her legal and consultancy background enhances her capacity to advise clients in data management and industry best practices. She leads a team of technical consultants in providing solutions to a broad range of clients and industry sectors covering legal, financial, public bodies and private corporations in the areas of eDiscovery, Digital Forensics and Legal Tech. She is a mentor for Women in Law Tech and is a board member of the ACEDS Ireland Chapter.

Crawford Robinson

Crawford has extensive experience leading information security, investigations and security assurance programmes in the public, private and charitable sectors. He currently works for British American Tobacco where his commercial acumen at senior levels across a number of FMCG businesses has enabled positive Board level engagement in influencing, establishing and developing corporate security and investigations strategies, operationally embedding these as a true business partner. Crawford is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Certified Fraud Examiner, a Chartered Security Professional and Freeman of the City of London. He is also a Trustee of three charities.

Liam is a partner in MHC's Dispute Resolution team, practising in commercial litigation. He is a deeply experienced lawyer with a long history of acting in contractual and tortious litigation principally for plaintiffs in many landmark cases. His experience includes acting for two of Ireland’s former Taoisigh (Prime Ministers) in public inquiries. Liam has appeared as an advocate in many Courts, Inquiries and Administrative Tribunals. In recent years he has been involved in a number of high profile independent reviews and investigations, including authoring a report which was lodged with the regulator. He also has a practice in insurance and professional risk. He has acted for both plaintiffs and defendants/insurers in defamation cases and all types of liability claims, including catastrophic and fatal injuries, maritime accidents, asbestos-related claims, medical and professional negligence suits. Liam is a qualified arbitrator and has a particular interest in mediation.

Declan specialises in fraud investigation and forensic accounting and also overseas all investigations carried out by the firm into Protected Disclosure and workplace matters. Delcan has extensive experience gained over the past 13 years, made up of 3 years in audit, 10 years in restructuring and recovery, fraud investigation and forensic accounting.

Dr Geraldine Noone, is a Forensic Psychologist and Director of Forensic Investigations and Training Solutions (FITS) Ltd. FITS Ltd provides investigative and training solutions to further enable professionals with compliance, enforcement and regulatory investigative functions. With over 35 years international investigative experience she has combined a distinguished and varied career in An Garda Siochana, where she gained extensive experience operating under Irish legislation specifically in the areas of fraud, economic and corporate crime. She also has extensive experience working for national and international organisations, coordinating and managing multiple corruption, compliance and fraud related projects for public and private sector organisations. A subject-matter expert and published author in the area of Investigative Interviewing, Geraldine was the Garda Siochana National Interview Adviser. In that role, she was instrumental in researching and developing advanced training for a bespoke investigative interviewing model for An Garda Siochana (GSIM), developing strategy/policy documents and liaising with Government agencies, prosecutors, legal advisors, law enforcement partners, expert groups, stakeholders and community groups. In this role, she also coordinated, managed, risk-assessed and supervised the interview process in serious and complex investigations.
