BY 31 JULY 2016 ALL ORGANISATIONS THAT PROVIDE NHS OR PUBLICLY FUNDED ADULT SOCIAL CARE MUST HAVE FULLY IMPLEMENTED AND CONFORM TO THE ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION STANDARD

The Hertfordshire evening conference for all community pharmacy teams will bring together community pharmacy teams and other providers to understand what the accessible information standard is and share experiences and learning from each other about how they will be working to implement the standard that will benefit their patients. Key messages will be identified that each community pharmacy must implement presenting practical patient examples likely to be encountered.
