Sponsor Member Season Registration Partial Approval - $135.00

The Sponsor Membership is for those who can support the ACC and help ensure our financial health, regardless of the number of races we are able to offer this season. The fees are non-refundable and will be regarded as donations to the club if we are unable to provide any races for this season. If and when we do race this season, your Sponsor Membership payment will cover all 2020 race entry fees, and we will recognize your donation on our website and in advertisements regardless of how the season proceeds.

Reduced Rate Member Season Registration Partial Approval - $110.00

As a reduced rate member all of your race entry fees for the 2020 season are covered. This option is for racers who would like to compete for end-of-season points as a full member, but opted not to purchase a Sponsor Membership. The membership fee is non-refundable and will be regarded as donations to the club if we are unable to provide any races this season, or if we must cancel races due to weather, health concerns, or any other reason.

Junior U19 Member Season Registration Partial Approval - Free

All races are free. You must be 18 years old or younger to register as a junior. Racers under the age of 18 must have a parent present at their first race to sign the release waiver.

Non-Member Season Registration Partial Approval - Free

Registration is required before you race, even if you don't buy a membership. Registering as a Non-Member is free but non-members must pay the $20 entry fee for each race.

  • ALL RACERS MUST FIRST REGISTER FOR THE SEASON - EITHER AS A MEMBER, JUNIOR, OR NON-MEMBER.

  • ONCE REGISTERED ALL RACERS MUST ENTER EACH RACE ONLINE. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION OR CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • ONLINE RACE ENTRIES WILL CLOSE AT 8:00 PM MST THE NIGHT BEFORE EACH RACE. 

  • AFTER REGISTERING FOR THE SEASON YOU MUST KEEP THE TICKET ATTACHED TO YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL. THE TICKET CONTAINS A RACE ENTRY CODE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR RACE ENTRIES.

 

The Aspen Cycling Club sponsors weekly races, both on and off road. The club welcomes everyone from experienced racers to complete beginner and we offer  several levels of competition and age divisions. The Mens A & B, and Womens A compete on longer courses. All other categories compete on standard length courses. Club members in each category compete for points in a season-long competition for championship placement, awarded at the end of the season.
