Bea Black, Executive Director of the Women's and Children's Alliance (WCA) in Boise, will discuss the efforts of the WCA to help women and children in crisis and plans for the group's future.
No host bar opens at 5:00 pm, dinner at 5:30 pm and program at 6:00 pm.
