AAUW October 2021 General Meeting

Senator Ali Rabe, Executive Director of Jesse Tree

We are pleased to inform you Senator Ali Rabe will be our featured speaker at the Riverside, on October 13 th. Senator Rabe is Executive Director of Jesse Tree and also represents District 17.

Jesse Tree works with tenants and landlords to prevent eviction and

homelessness, an issue made even more challenging during the pandemic. Jesse Tree provides rental assistance, mediation and help with financial literacy to community members in the Treasure Valley.

 

We look forward to learning more about the work Jesse Tree does in our community and how we can support their efforts, as a group and individually.

A social time with a no-host bar will begin at 5:00 pm in the Sapphire Room.

Dinner will be served at 5:45 pm.

Meal choices are available on the registration form.

The branch is actively engaged in public policy work throughout the year, and maintains a presence at the Statehouse during the Idaho legislative session.
