AAUW March 2022 General Meeting

Early Childhood Education in Idaho

Cristianne Lane, the Director of Professional Development at Lee Pesky Learning Center, will be our speaker on March 9, 2022. Cristianne holds a master's degree in Literacy Education and in 2008 co-founded the Idaho Early Literacy Project. She has presented at numerous national and regional early childhood conferences and has led many statewide research projects. Cristianne has trained thousands of early educators and parents in best practices in early literacy.

With over three decades of experience, Cristianne’s knowledge around early childhood education will give us a better understanding of the current state of play here in Idaho and what the AAUW Boise Area Branch can do to advance early learning opportunities for Idaho’s children.

A social hour with a no-host bar will begin at 5:00 pm in the Aspen Room.

Dinner will be served at 5:45 pm in the Aspen Room.

Meal choices are available on the registration form.

Contact Julie Custer (jjcuster1947@hotmail.com) with dietary restrictions no later than Thursday, March 3, 2022.
