Come to the Tucson Botanical Garden to welcome in 2018 and officially get started in your 2018 Planners. 

 

This event will be the deep refreshing breath you need right after the busy end of 2017. You will have the opportunity to focus on setting your intentions for the new year using your planner.

Between the interactive make and take stations: activities to give you fresh tools for the new year, and plenty of time to lay down plans for the new year, we hope you’ll leave a full heart ready to take on the new year.

FAQ’s

Q. Will I receive cards like at Plancation for a Washi Swap? 

A. Yes! You will get that in your swag bag. Bring the washi  you’d like to share and swap with your pals. 

 

Q. Should I decorate my planner? 

A. Leave the second week of the year open, we will be providing you with materials for that week at the event. 

 

Q. What is happening with the swap? 

A. We will create Facebook Group for the event, in that group you will have the opportunity to sign up for an optional swap. The way the swap will work, is you will create a number of times that you would like to swap with other people participating. At the designated time, you will be invited to swap with others. You can swap with anyone that is willing. 

Example: If 50 people sign up for the swap, you would make 50 items. Swap with everyone. If 50 people sign up and you only make 25 you can swap with 25. 

 

Q. What should I bring? 

A. Bring a pair of scissors, adhesive, pen, wash, 1 projects to work on, and obviously your 2018 Planners! 

 

Q. What should I wear? 

A. This is a casual event, dress comfortably. The event will be located outside, so pay attention to the weather, and dress accordingly. Tucson is usually mid 60’s. 

 

Q. Will there be a  room block? 

A. Not at this time. If there is a need we will make one, but we planned the event for times that should allow for travel to and from Phoenix should you choose. 

 

Q. Can I bring snacks? 

A. Yep! You are able to bring snacks and drinks for yourself, or your table. No alcoholic beverages are allowed into the event. 

 

Q. What if I can’t make it? 

A. If your purchased a ticket, your ticket is transferrable, but all sales are final. If you sell your ticket please email hello@arizonaplannergirls and we will transfer the ticket to the new person. *NOTE* T-Shirt sizes are not guaranteed for new person! 

 

Q. Do I have to be present to win raffle prizes & to get my swag bag or if I can’t make it, can my friend pick it up for me? 

A. Swag, or items donated to the event are not guaranteed. Arizona Planner Girls will shop you items included in the cost of the ticket should you not be able to attend. You will be assessed a shipping charge of $16.95 and items will be shipped 10 - 14 day’s after we have received your shipping fee or after the event, which ever comes first. We will not allow others to pick up your bag.
