Over the last few months, we shared a few things on Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) with you: why it was put in place, how a recovery plan could look like in practice, and why it is important for RRP to be integrated into a financial institution (FI)’s existing risk management framework.

There’s no doubt you will face challenges in the implementation, given the robust requirements set out by Bank Negara Malaysia and Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia with the introduction of the Recovery Planning Exposure Draft to pilot FIs, as well as the recent international developments in the area of recovery planning.

Join us at our next morning talk, where we’ll discuss some of these challenges and concerns you may have about adopting RRP in the Malaysian context.
