We will be starting at Coffeehouse NW and then head off to our first sweat sesh with Fulcrum Fitness. From there we will POP on over to YoYoYogi and then Namaste our way over to Pregame.

Get ready to sweat it out with 15 minute rotations

12:15- 1:15 pm
The YoYoYogi Team will SLOOOOOW it down
with this breath based yoga class
4. Pregame
1:30- 2:30 pm
Time To PAR-TAAAYY!
Ready Fit Go will be helping us celebrate you hard work by
