Our mindfulness courses are based on the well known Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at UMASS Medical College. Our courses include components of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Positive Neuroplasticity and Mindful Self Compassion (MSC). And specifically addresses how to better manage stress and skillfully deal with challenges. You will learn all core mindfulness practices including mindful movement, walking meditation, yoga, kindness meditation, breath meditation and body scan.
All courses receive small group tuition, plus a silent meditation retreat day (offered regularly on the weekend) audio lessons for home practice, a workbook, and loads of support as you develop a personal mindfulness practice.
