Technology Evangelist for Cloud, AI and Analytics - Intel Corporation

Chloe Jian Ma is Senior Director of Marketing in Intel’s Data Center Group, and head of marketing for the Cloud Service Provider Platform Group. In this role Chloe is responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy of the cloud service provider segment, including creating compelling messaging and content, driving solution development, thought leadership and sales enablement activities.


Chloe has close to 20 years of experience for B2B technology industry across engineering, product management and various aspects of marketing and partnership building. Prior to Intel, she held marketing and engineering leadership roles in Cisco System, Huawei Technologies, Juniper Networks and Mellanox Technologies. Chloe earned her MBA degree from the Wharton School of Business in University of Pennsylvania, as well as MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California and BS in Electronics from Beijing University in China.

Matthew is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Cloud Engineering practice. He is a leader within Deloitte’s Cloud Strategy service offering, and maintains a focus in Infrastructure Transformation, Data Center and Cloud Migration, and IT Business Management.

Matthew's most recent delivery engagements include a data center rationalization program for a global investment bank, Cloud Strategy for a Top 5 US Bank, and a private cloud sourcing strategy and design for a Top 3 global telecommunications and media provider.

Focused on serving clients in the Financial Services industry, CJ has over 14 years of consulting and industry experience. Practice leader within Deloitte Cloud Engineering with extensive experience with Public/Hybrid Cloud operating models, Cloud Strategies, Service models, Business Cases, Cloud infrastructure, (AWS and GCP), DevOps, Cloud Integration Platform as a Service (i.e. iPaaS / MuleSoft), APIs, and PaaS.

CJ is part of the leadership team supporting the Deloitte–Google Cloud activities across Application, Infrastructure, and Machine Learning/Analytics and also plays the role of the GCP alliance leader.
