Exhibitors will have a chance to display, sell or take bookings of their products and services throughout the day to potential brides, grooms and everyone else involved in the wedding planning process.
Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to provide 100 gift bag items (optional & included in price, must be provided within 1 week of the event). Items are used to promote your business as a sample of the quality of your products and services. They are a great way for attendees to remember you after the event and for follow up. These items are a great way to set your business apart from your competitor.
All packages, with the exception of Gift Bag Only sponsors, will be provided with a list of leads from the brides registered for the event. Exhibitors are required to donate a door prize.

Set-Up/Take-Down:
Set-up will be on Saturday February 16, 2019 from 5-9pm. You must check in on Saturday.
All setup must be complete before 11:30am on Sunday February 17, 2019. We kindly ask that there be no take down before 4pm on Sunday February 17, 2019.
Doors will be open for exhibitors on Sunday February 17 at 11am.
Venue Info:
No confetti or open flames.
White draping to define the booths. ‘S’ hooks will be available to hang display items from.
No table linens are provided.
Power is supplied to ALL booths. You must bring your own extension cords and it is recommended to label them well.
There is ample parking. Please consider our guests when parking and leave the spaces near the door for them.
Admission:
A $5 admission will be charged. The brides will be required to register at the door and give consent to be contacted. This information is to include: Name, phone number, email address and wedding date. Airdrie Events asks that you graciously respect any ‘No’s’.
Additional Advertising:
Airdrie Events utilizes an extensive advertising campaign to promote this event. This includes: 3 local newspapers, signage, radio, Blush Magazine, Facebook, and kijiji.
Additional Information:
An ATM is available on site. Please bring a float if you will be making cash sales on site.
There is a lounge onsite to order food and drinks.
