Due to the limited space available, community organizations are reviewed by our Steering Committee and approved based on availability and applicability to the event

DATE & TIME: Sunday, July 30, 2017 from 1 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

LOCATION: St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 924 Napa Street

SET-UP/LOAD IN: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. All set-up must be completed by 12 p.m. Please plan ahead for street parking. Any loading for set-up must be done via Yajome Street.

TABLE INFORMATION: One 6-foot table, one linen, and two chairs will be provided for each organization. Your booth is expected to be staffed for the duration of the event and you must provide your own table display and collateral. The event is outdoors, so you may bring a pop-up tent no larger than 10’x10’. We strongly encourage bilingual staff & materials are available at this event.

AUDIENCE: 2000+ Spanish-speaking families to attend
