The stair climb is an event for all persons interested in paying tribute to the 343 fireman, 72 law enforecment and 8 EMTs who lost their lives 20 years ago. You will climb throughout the BancorpSouth arena equivalent to 110 stories which was the height of the world trade center. Each climber will wear a memorial badge which shows which first responder they are climbing in memory of. Several other symbolic moments will take place through the climb. Join us as we show we NEVER FORGET and remember the 20th anniversary of 9/11/01.
Tupelo Firefighters Ladies Auxiliary is proud to host the 5th Annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at the BancorpSouth Arena. We climb to honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice 20 years ago.
