Prices are based on double occupancy. Room selections are available on a first come first serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate roommate requests but such requests can not be guaranteed.  Room upgrades may be available upon request but can not be guaranteed. After full payment is received we will send you a packet of information outlining additional information to prepare you for your retreat.

Cancellation policy

90 days or more prior the first day of the retreat: guest receives a full refund less a $250 cancellation fee.

60 days or less prior to the retreat start date: Payments are NOT refundable. There is NO cancellation or refund for any reason including but not limited to bad weather, natural disasters, flight delays or cancellations, illness, health conditions, medical, personal, family or work emergencies, change of mind. By making purchase I agree I have read and understood the Cancellation Policy and I agree to be bound by its terms.

Both Monica and Jennifer are certified Senior Critical Alignment Yoga teachers with extensive training and experience working with students in the therapeutic yoga setting. Monica and Jennifer teach yoga classes in Calgary and throughout Alberta in a group class setting, semi private class setting and also in privately booked classes. Jennifer and Monica additionally facilitate intensives, workshops, training modules as well as North America’s only annual Critical Alignment yoga retreat. Monica and Jennifer are widely recognized for their extensive experience and knowledge in Critical Alignment. Their approach as yoga teachers is to create an environment conducive to healing body and mind. Monica and Jennifer are committed to helping students release tension, find freedom from pain and create healthy movement patterns, with the intention that the benefits from practice become accessible in life off the yoga mat.
